My computer won't keep the correct date and time?

Each time I shut down and turn on again later, my computer doesn't keep the correct date or time?
 
Sounds like the CMOS battery is failing. Replace it.

I agree withVManes, Michael. You'll find the battery on your motherboard. They cost maybe $6 to replace. Pick it up from Radio Shack.
That should do the trick.
