My Computer program list verus start program list

Program list under My Computer have more entries than under start program
list. That list correct. How do I make the list same?

The Start menu contains /shortcuts/ to your programs. Not all installers
put shortcuts in the Start menu, and not every executable in \Program
Files\ needs to be in the Start menu. So you needn't concern yourself.
