My Computer page pops up randomly while surfing

While surfing My Computer page pops up out of the blue. I've ran all sorts of
anti virus, anti spyware programs, everyone says no problems. Also when I
try to fill passwords, forms random #'s start popping up, very irritating

Bad keyboard or mouse? If you are using wireless input devices, put in
fresh batteries.

Thanks a lot "Malke" your suggestion did help quite a bit but I still get
those darn #'s popping up, I'm ready to throw this computer threw a window

How did the suggestion help? If you don't give details about what you
did and the results and what is now going on, no one can help you. The
alternative is to have a local professional come on-site and sort it
out. There is no shame in doing this; we all have our areas of
expertise.
