my computer keeps crashing

about 5 miniuts after i run internet explorer or firefox, the programs
shutdown, i cant instal anything cause it comes up with more errors
 
Hi ya can you repeat the crashes and note down any of the error messages
please. especially the numbers as we need them to hunt down the source.
