cant install window update and install anything from net.

I am having a real hard time for the last few days. HELP. My computer crashes
whenever i try to download and install anything for example, I try to get
internet explorer, then when it is ready to install the whole computer went
black and shutdown on me. when it restarted, i got two erroe message, one
from microsoft and the other saying the computer is going to shutdown this
contunine for 3 times i ended re booting the computer. however with the
update i can not update. it will download, but wont
install!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "this update of microsoft frame
pack 1.1 unable to be install".
also when i restart the computer i get error saying the problem maybe caused
by
Realtek RTL8139 Family PCI Fast Ethernet NIC and cant get in to see the
site as it doesnt exits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


this is annoying me and only had this computer fortwo months now, it was a
precious present from families.
i do not know what to do and hope that someone here as an idea how to fix up
this problem.

Under warranty?
Call those who support it - those who manufacturered it and have warrantied
it.

yes it is brand new!!!! and yes it is under warranty with this computer as my
parent bought it for me for a present as i am doing course. but to send it to
the people who sell this computer are from sydney. however i did get it
sorted out last week with a man to look at my computer, but the problem still
presisted.
