my computer is not turning on what to do???? need help quickly

i am on another p.c right now, but i need help for my
other one. my p.c froze today so i press ctrl alt del
many times and it restarted my p.c . but instead of
restarting it went to a screen that said "boot" so i did
but it just restarted my my p.c and said the same thing.
it says my hard disk drive needs to be replaced. but
whats that?

Seems pretty clear to me - your hard drive is either dead, or isn't plugged
in properly. Not a Windows issue, in any case - it's a hardware problem. If
you aren't sure how to deal with it, see if you can get help from a
tech-savvy friend or take it into a computer shop. Hope you have backups of
your data....
