I have the same problem so I would be interested in the answer to this
question. Upon installing the update a dialogue box gave a me choice as to
whether to use my existing "something or the other" (I am guessing database)
or create a new one. I chose create a new one. In hindsight I now regret
that choice as it appears to be the reason I cannot find my contacts.

When you create a new database, BCM does not delete the old one. The
files should still be around in this directory:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Business Contact Manager

You should be able to switch to that database, or create a new mail
profile and select that database in the BCM 1st use wizard.

I cannot find this file. The folder Local Settings is a hidden folder but it
does not have a file labeled Application. Is it possible that it is labeled
something else?

after add it opens new outlook data file
I choose, Business Contact Manager Database
after some time startup wizard begins and offers me the choice to create a
new or open and existing database, it does not matter what I choose, it says
could not find stored procedure,'ir_GetSBAInfo'.
When I open outlook there are no business tools listed

Hi John

Go to help > About Microsoft Outlook and disabled items and check if Bcm is
avaliable if its enable the same.If this still does not restore your
Business Tools try doing a reinstall of BCM from add /remove programs

So I did that and then restarted, when the wizard begins if I open an
existing database, migration was unsuccessful if I create a new one nothing
happens it just keeps adding numbers to the database and asks if I want to
create a new one, freaky groundhog day thing.
what next
