I have a blue box that comes up every time I try to
connect to the internet. I can get on the internet, but
it says that I am not connected. I talked to a service
person @ Microsoft and he said I might need to reset back
to when it wasn't doing this. I restored my computer back
2 weeks, its still doing this. Now I am getting more
aggravated than normal. Please help me rectify this
problem before the computer goes out the window. Shelley
