My anti-virus can't clean BKDR_SONE.A & WORM_RANDEX Virus

my anti virus never stop caught WORM_RANDEX.D. & BKDR_SONE.A
File name was C:\WINNT\system32\msmgri32.exe
I've tried lots of cleaning virus method imcluding deleted on Register, but
never worked
Any idea?

Did you search on your AV mfr's site for a removal tool or suggestions?

yes, i've tried to dowload removal tool but still can't remove and write
e-mail to Micro Trend but I never get reply from them.
