Removing Viruses

Hi, yesterday I ran an anti-virus on my Windows 2000. The
software was able to remove all of the viruses but two. I
got a message back telling me to remove the file manually
using Windows Exporer. I did, but I keep getting a message
back telling me that it cannot be deleted.
Any suggestion? This file "bboy" was found in:
C:\WINNT\bboy.exe
C:\WINNT\system32\bboy.dll

check the attributes on the files. from a command prompt
