recovery from deebot f worm

my virus software failed to update itself. got infected
then it caught problem deleted files c:\sapon .exe also
c:winnt\system32\mptcloakxs.exe and c:\winnt\system32
\msclock.exe Can i repair this without doing a new windows
install my backup discs don't work.

I suspect that those are all virus components. These are no files by
those names on my system.
