My Add/Remove programs is gone

It appears in the catagory view but when I click on it
nothing happens, if I switch to classic view it isn't
even there. Any suggestions without having to to a repair
with the disk?
 
Type this in Start Run.

%SystemRoot%\system32\appwiz.cpl

What happened?
