Must the home page for a subweb be "index.htm"

I have a rootweb, and three subwebs, and each has their own index page, but
this seems to causing confusion in Frontpage 2002 and online.

You need to contact your host to find out what they require as the default
page, and change your webs accordingly.

Subweb require the home page to have the same file name as the root web, if you want to link
directly to the subweb/folder and not a page within subweb
