Outlook Must close another Outlook

Outlook says I must close another Outlook before I can see by emails. How do I find another Outlook?

Welcome to PCR :).

Have you restarted your PC since this error message appeared? It could be that an instance of Outlook failed to close properly (as a one off) and there are lingering processes in the background, preventing it from loading.

If you've already restarted your PC, let me know and we can dig deeper. Which version of Outlook and Windows do you have?
