music won't play

I have inserted music into my ppt presentations. Some of the music comes up,
some of it doesn't. I am pulling the music off of a disc saved as mp3 on
windows media. I have done this a thousand times before, same presentation,
same music, just on different laptops. I can not for the life of me figure
out the problem. I have checked "custom animation" over and over. I have
tried to reinsert the clip. No go.
 
Are all the files located in the same folder?
