Which version of PowerPoint are you using? How are you inserting your .WAV
file?

Also, I have 2 other smaller wav files that play right every time. I also
put the whole ppt on a different computer and the music file I was having
trouble with plays right all the time. Could this be a memory problem? I
have 512 in both computers.

I once had this problem. I did re encoded the wave file into...a wave file
(using SUPER) and it did worked (all wave files though it's .wav) are not
the same

Thanks! You guys are the best! I re-encoded the file and it works perfect.
I was even able to clip out the specific part of the song I wanted to give it
a tailored effect.
