music playback problem

i can not play musics.the following error ocured0*80004005
and in sound harware testing wizard:windows can not
execute Dpvsetup.exe
but i can play other sounds like system sounds

run the command : gpedit.msc <enter>

you will see a window "Group Policy"

Local Computer Policy > Computer Configration > Windows Setting > Security Setting > Local Policies > Security Options

SET "Network access: Sharing and security model for local accounts" TO "Class"
