Music files & video files saved to CD

Help! I created a presentation, inserted windows media files (music and Vido
Clips) saved to cd. Opened presentation on different pc. Media files do
not play.
Question: How can I insert Windows Media Files and package to CD and have
them work on a different pc. I am using Power Pioint 2000, and Windows Media
Player Version 10.
