If I view presentation created with PP 2000 in PPviewer 97 animation won't work (Ani. Gif) music works. If I view in PPviewer 2003 animation will work (Ani. Gif) but music won't. Anyone know why and how to fix the problem short of converting the Gif to an avi file.

Thanks to all.

Does this happen only with this particular WAV file or any WAV file? Also,
can you upload the file somewhere and send the download URL so that I can
look into the file?

All wav files that I have tried do the same thing. That thought came to me also (bad file). In 2003 viewer the animated gif. will work but the wav file will not play. If I view the presentation in the 97 viewer the wav file will work but the animated gif file will not. I just get the first frame. I could maybe E-Maile the file to you but it is 92,460 KB, might take a while even if I ZIP it.

Thanks

That's too big a size - can you just save the problem slide as a single
slide presentation and get back with the file size?

Don't think it has to do with the file. I have read or heard somewhere that there is a "BUG" in the 2003 viewer. However the 2003 viewer is the only one of the two that will support the animatied .gif, so I guess that untill "Uncle Bill" desides to fix it or someone comes up with a fix, I am stuck with a eithor or problem. Eithor music & no animation or animation & no music

Thanks for all the help
