Mun4d.exe in my Local Settings\Temp while visiting XP newsgroup

Original name: Msunin.exe; Product name:Microsoft(R) MSN (R) Communications System
Wonder what this is? Is there a webmaster out there I can send it to? Should I run it?

I had a security failure event at the same minute this was created in my Temp file.

Probably some harmless, innocuous thing.
