Multiple Versions of XP

Leo

Stupidly, I have managed to seemingly install two
versions of XP Home on my harddrive (not, as I'm supposed
to, on a patitioned drive either). I was trying to fix a
problem and have made things worse.

I now have a 'Windows.0' folder. On booting up I get the
option to use one of the two versions.

How can I remove the 'new' version without damaging the
old?
