multiple users and multiple languages

I am using xp home and ms office 2003. I have a german student staying
with me and would like to create a new user profile for her AND allow
her to have word and other office applications in German instead of
english. In reviewing several posts to various news groups it is clear
I can create a new user but I can't seem to find clear instructions on
how to have Office 2003 running in two different languages. Will
setting up a second user solve any data and file storage issues
including my macros currently stored in my normal.dot? Any help would
be appreciated. Thanks
Tom

Such capability is not built-in. You'd need to purchase a copy of
the OS, as well as any desired applications, in the desired language
versions, and create a dual-boot configuration. It'd also probably be a
good idea to purchase a boot manager, such as V-Communication's System
Commander, to facilitate the installation and use of the different
language versions.
