Multiple SMTPs on outlook 2002

My MD travels abroad a lot but is a bit shy about selecting the correct smtp
to use. He uses 3 SMTPs one on the office lan, one on conventional (home
country) landlines and one using IPASS.

Obviously receiving his emails is not a problem, but if he uses the wrong
account when he is replying he naturally gets his mail bouncing back. Is
there any way I can configure outlook so that he can access multiple SMTPs
with only one account

thanks in anticipation of someone already having had this and fixing it

Why not let him always use your company's SMTP internal server with
authentication, no matter where he is or how he's connected?
