Multiple smtp domains on one exchange server

I have a client that recently added a second smtp domain on their exchange
2003 server. Domain one is cdpa-architects.com and domain two (which was
recently added) is arconconst.com. They can receive on both domains but can
only send from the cdpa-architects.com domain as it is the primary smtp
address for users. They need to be able to send\receive from both domains
through outlook 2003. They are running on a SBS 2003 domain. Example, if
John Doe sends from cdpa-architects.com he is able to send and receive with
no problems (cdpa-architects.com is the primary smtp address) however John
needs to be able to initiate an e-mail using the arconconst.com domain
without setting the primary smtp address in active directory to
arconconst.com. I understand there is a way in outlook to create a form to
which you can pick the domain you are sending from...is this true? I have
tried to add the "from" field and select the arconconst.com domain but I get
an "undeliverable" message immediately after sending. Does anyone have any
input? I do not want to go to the server every time to set the primary smtp
address to toggle between cdpa-architects.com and arconconst.com.
