Multiple SMTP Addresses

hi,
i have users in my company who has mutliple email addresses in their "email
adresses" properties with one set as primary. everytime a user sends email,
the primary email address appears to the recipient for reply.
The question is, how i can change the "from" address to make it appear not
coming from the primary email address of the sender but from any other email
address in the "email addresses" list.

You have one account for each address and then use the Accounts button to
select which account will send the message.
