multiple sendings of same email to recipient

i am having a problem with outlook express . when i send an email to
someone,, that person receives , anywheres up to ten of the same email. i
have ran my norton virus scanner but it has not found anything in OE or
anywheres for that matter... PLEASE HELP ty
