Multiple sendings of Emails

I've encountered a problem when sending Emails, primarily when phots are
involved or links to other web sites. The same Email will be sent over and
over again until the reciever's mailbox is full and then will be returned to
me as undeliverable until I close Outlook, reopen it then delete the message.
 
Disable your Anti-virus from scanning your e-mail.
