Outlook 2007 requesting pst password twice before opening

all of a sudden, I am being asked to enter the pst password twice before
Outlook 2007 opens. I am also getting several occasions when sent emails will
not send until i close outlook, then have to open task manager and force
outlook closed, reopen outloom and emails will then send. Only thing that is
different is that i updated AVG to version 9. have tried running diagnostics,
and also looking at addins, but not fixed. Very frustrating!

Uninstall AVG and then reinstall it again without the email integration
components; you'd still be sufficiently protected by your on-access scanner
