Multiple Monitors

I viewed Knowledge Base Article 307873 about using multiple monitors with XP
and it says to follow this path Control Panel>Appearance and
Themes>Display>Settings Tab>Identify. I do not have the Identify option, it
doesn't exist. I'm running XP Home is that why? Any suggestions of where to
look to run multiple monitors with XP Home? Thank you.

You need to have a video card that has connectors for more than one
monitor or you need to have more than one video card installed in your
computer (or both).

If your computer has the video integrated into the motherboard and you
have installed a separate video card as well then that may not give
you multiple display capabilities. On some systems the presence of a
video card automatically disables the built-in video, leaving you with
only a single working monitor.

If you can provide details of your video card setup then we can help
you further with the problem if the above comments have not already
clarified things for you.

Good luck
