Multiple Inboxes and Rules

Outlook 2003, Exchange Server. I have 3 Inboxes. One is my address and I am
the delegate for 2 others. Can I set rules (assuming I have all the right
permissions) for my delegate Inboxes to direct mail coming into them into
folders depending on subject keywords?
 
Not in the profile that opens them as secondary mailboxes. You would need to set rules with a mail profile that connects directly to the mailbox you want to set rules for. Or possibly use OWA.
