Multiple hyperlinks

Greetings : I am trying to locate a shortcut, if possible for creating
multiple hyperlinks for the same piece of text repeated multiple times across
multiple pages. If you have pages that have the same name or place mentioned
multiple times, and you want to have a hyperlink to a page for that name or
place. Is there some way that you would not have to select each piece of
text and create the hyperlink, possible a "search for" and do all at the same
time?

Look into doing a search and replace (from the Edit menu).

Search for: Designated text
Replace with: <a href="targeturl">Designated Text</a>
