Changing a hyperlink across many pages

A hyperlink needs to be changed and this hyperlink is used
in all of our web pages. CSS is just for managing the
style and formatting across multiple pages (correct?), so
what is the best management tool for a "template" where
one person could change the hyperlink address across
multiple web pages based on that same "template"?

If your site is not using Dynamic Web Templates (FP2003) or Include pages (for the links), then use Edit Search and Replace (in
tml - all pages)

If the hyperlink is part of your web, then moving or renaming the file will
prompt you if you want to update the link on all pages.

If the link is to an external web page, then this won't work.
