Multiple event ids 2000 and 15 logged in Win XP

I am running win Xp w/ sp2 and all of the availible updates. I have had both
event ids 2000 and 15 logged in the same timeframe. I have been unable to
find and cause let alone a fix for this. It is driving me mad!!! It aeems to
allways start with two event id 2000 and then many event id 15's.
