Multiple emails

Help Please...Windows Mail.... The last 2 days I have received the same 65
different emails at leat 5 times...all emails are from yesterday. Do not know
what to do. Can someone please help.

It would help to give some details.
Is the contents of the email spam or a legitimate message?
Are all those emails coming from the same sender? Do you know the sender?
Have you tried adding that sender to Blocked Senders?

Visit your accounts webmail and delete what you have already received. Then
read and delete the next item.

thank you both...the messages were from friend and people I know ...not
spam...But I got it fixed...I think...so far so good...I just went to
bellsouth email and retrieved my mail there and also deleted them there and
so far they haven't come back to my email...Thank you Both....
