multiple emails

I have several contacts that have multiple email address. hotmail, yahoo,
etc...
When I click on "send new message to contact" it displays all of their
emails. How do I make on email address their default address? Is it possible
to have the default email display in the "To:" field without me clicking on
it and searching for it?

No. Not in Outlook. The Outlook Address Book is designed to show all
electronic addresses. That is what users have requested.
