Multiple Email Users On WinXP

I have a new computer with WinXP Pro/Office 2000 and have
two users (my wife and myself) who want to read and see
the same emails. Yet when she is logged on and opens up
Outlook, the emails go into her version of Outlook only.
I can not see the email she received/send and vice versa.
We're both setup to download the same emails
([email protected]). Is there anyway to do this without
eliminating her account and having her just using my
account?

You can setup her Outlook profile to leave the messages on the server so
that you can download it later. Note that if you have downloaded the e-mails
then she won't be able to download them again.

Tools-E-Mail-Accounts-Change Setting
You will find a check box under the Advanced Tab

But she wants to see my emails to. We have one email
address that we both read/respond to. In effect, what
we'd like is one "Outlook" that both of us access via our
user accounts in XP.

Don't delete messages after downloading them.
You can set Outlook to leave messages on the server for 10 days.
That way, as long as you and she read the mail within 10 days of each other,
you'll always both see the messages.
