multiple email accounts - can they be sorted?

I have 2 email accounts, i've noticed in vista windows mail that when i set
up both accounts i can receive mail from either account.

Is there a way for me to be able to receive emails from these 2 accounts but
have them go into a different folder as at the moment they all go into my
inbox.

Can i set up a 'freeserve' and 'gmail' folder and have the respective emails
go to their respective folders
