Multiple e mail accounts, one profile??

I want to have 2 seperate e mail accounts, but I want to be able to share the
same calendar, tasks etc. Do I set up 2 seperate profiles or can I set up 2
seperate e mail accounts under the same profile?

You can set up multiple account within a single mail profile.

Ok, but, as I understand it, if I set up two e mail accounts under one
profile, all e mail addressed to both addresses will come in to the same
inbox. I want two seperate in boxes, so I guess that means I have to have
two seperate profiles with one e mail address under each profile, is that
correct??

Then, if I have to have the two seperate profiles, can I have the same
Calendar, contacts and tasks show up under each profile??

Outlook 2007 allows you to dedicate a separate storage location for each
account.
Previous versions of Outlook allow you to achieve the same by using Rules.

Thans, but I am using Outlook 2003 and I don't want to have to buy an upgrade
to 2007 -
I have used rules and I know you can filter incoming messages into different
folders based upon who the sender is, but I can't find anything in the Rules
set up to indicate you can send it to different accounts based upon the
Address it is sent to. Can you direct me to the somewhere that I can find
the instructions for this?

If this is not possible, is there a way for me to export my contacts, tasks
and calendar from the one profile to a new profile??

That is not possible but you can select which account you want to send it
with by using the Accounts button next to the Send button.

If you want to use separate profiles you can open the pst-file from the
other profile in the current profile by using;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...

This will give you full access to the contents.

I created three accounts within one profile.

When I open Outlook, I am not given a choice of which account to view.
There is only the one.

Why can I not access the other two accounts, and what do I have to do to do
so?

You don't get a prompt since you only have 1 mail profile and added all
accounts to that mail profile. This also means that all mail from all those
accounts are delivered within that mail profile.
