Hi all,

a company I recently visited (using Win 2000 Pro) had the facility
whereby during logon you could select from 2 different domains.

One of these domains was basically the actual PC name, and logging on
(as a Administrator) gave you Admin rights to this PC for installing
software, but you never saw any other networks...

I think the reason for this was to give certain "privelaged" personnel
some form of control over their local PC.

Does anyone have any information on "How" to set this facility up, and
most importantly can it be setup for XP workstations too?

Many thanks,
SA

This always happens by default.

That's the default configuration created automatically when one adds a
WinNT, Win2K, or WinXP machine to a domain. No extra steps necessary.
