Multiple dial up connections crashing

We have a Win2k Server which we use for Terminal Services.
This machine is our dial out machine to our different clients.
We have 2 external modems attached to the COM ports.
Most of the time these work fine.
However if someone is dialled out on line1 and someone dials out
on line2 then line1 will crash. This only happens with some of our clients.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this could be happening?

"line1 will crash"
Do you mean that the line 1 gets disconnected? Do you get any errors? Could
you check the events in the event log?
"This machine is our dial out machine to our different clients"
Do you mean your 2k Server is used as a dial up client here?
