When I send an message with multiple attachments (say, 3
Word documents) to a friend of mine, she sees the
attachment as a .zip file, which she can't open (she
doesn't have WinZip for some reason). Is there some type
of setting in Outlook Express that would cause the mail
software to cull the various attachments into a single
file?
Two things: (a) The latest send involved six files, with
each file being only ~22K (so this isn't an issue of the
attachments being huge). (b) She receives Word files sent
singly as .doc files. (I had to send her each of the six
files individually for her to get all of the information.)
Is there something I should ask her to check on her
machine? Could this be an issue with her Internet
software?
Thanks in advance!
