Multiple Accounts -- Accessing Internet

Hi, I'm having problems with one of my users accessing the
internet through XP Pro. I have 4 accounts setup and each
can access the net through my cable modem just fine. The
first account always gets a invalid page, can't access
site type error through IE browser when logged on.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot or what to look at for
settings would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Jack -

On the affected machine, open a command prompt window,
type

ipconfig /flushdns

and hit the enter key.

If this solves the problem disable the DNS Client service
on the Windows XP machine. It's only required for
connecting to a Win2k/Win2k3 domain.

What I think's happening is the DNS Client service is
deleting slow servers from your list of available DNS
respources.
