No internet access in multi-user account setup

I've set up multiple user accounts and after doing that, I
cannot access the internet or my POP mail. The ISDN dial-
up works as it does connect to the ISP, but when I then
attempt to access the internet through Internet Explorer
or access my POP email account with Outlook, no connection
to the internet is established.
Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?
