Multiple Access Community Newsgroups

It appears there is atleast two Access newsgroups. One is this one under
support.microsoft.com the other is under msdn.microsoft.com. The groups are
almost the same, but some differences (the msdn has a multiuser group, the
area does not.

When should one group be use versus the other?

The groups that you see with the same title, are in fact the same groups.

If you use a newsreader, rather than posting via the web interface, you can
see all of the groups. For instructions on setting up your newsreader, go
to
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/guide/nntpnews.mspx

The groups you see at the msdn site are 'managed', meaning that MSDN
subscribers can post their question there and are guaranteed an answer
within 2 business days. Not all the groups are managed, so only a subset
exist there.
