Multilingual User Interface in XP-using Office 2003

Hello:

I'm trying to configure Microsoft Office Word 2003 so as to be able to type
Hebrew docs.

I use Windows XP Professional Edition

I am able to toggle languages by using the Language Toolbar.

However, the cursor remains at the left side of the doc and doesnt start at
the right
side, as it should for right-->left languages.

I see an MUI [Multilingual User Interface] setup file in Windows with a
spherical
green icon. I don't think this is the Microsoft Office 2003 MUI though,
but one general to Windows XP.

Would it be advisable to simply run this MUI setup file and see if it
corrects this problem? Or must I get the Microsoft Office 2003 with MUI
software?

Have you enabled bidirectional languages in XP? (Look in Help under
"Hebrew" for example)

There are separate MUI products for Windows XP and Office. The Windows
version is only installable on English XP Pro, and is only available to
certain volume license holders, not regular end-users. Office MUI is
similarly restricted (to English base product and volume license). See

I do see a file named:

muisetup

in my C: drive

the following is the description given for it:

Multilingual File Installation

File Version 5.1.2600.2180

It's size is: 88.5 Kb. it has a green spherical icon.

Would this install the MUI program under consideration?

I don't happen to be a volume license holder myself. Perhaps the person who
gave me the PC was though...

It seems unlikely because the MUI files takes 100s of MBs per language.
