IME and MUI XP Japanese

I would like to get the "Microsoft IME Standard 2003". It
is not included in the Windows XP MUI Pack (Multilingual
User Interface). After installing the jap. MUI the IME (MS-
IME2002) is still in English.
Is there an update?
Can anyone help?

Hi.

In order to begin entering Japanese characters in an application running on
Windows XP, you need to activate the IME by selecting it from the list of
input languages. When you activate the IME, the floating Language bar
changes to the Japanese IME toolbar

Change the language used to display menus and dialogs in MUI:
Users select any one of the installed user interface languages* by opening
Control Panel in Regional Options and:
In Windows XP MUI - On the Languages tab, choose one of the languages
displayed in the 'Language used in menus and dialogs' control.
