multi user defrag

my family has four computers with seven user accounts or two of them on XP HOME
when defrag is run, it only defrags the signed in user data , it will not
defrag the other users or windows xp system it self.

even when in F8 safemode and sign in as administrator will only defrag the
administrators data , not windoes xp system or other users.

is there a solution from microsoft, or is there a cheep or free 3rd party
defrag app
i would prefer a defrag that is NOT licenced by the number of computers ,
but a family licence
..

hey, i saw a free ware defrag on anither post , it works on all users .
figured i close this post sence no one else replied

all you have to do is to make sure all folder give system full access and
the ms defrag will defrag an entire drive when there is enough free space
