Multi Monitor Multi O/S?

Ok, well my sisters boyfriend said how he can partion his hard drive so
that he has 2 O/Ss. I know this is possible but then he went on to say
he could have a operating system per monitor, is it possible to have a
seperate O/S to each monitor?
Example-3 monitors
monitor1-XP
monitor2-98SE
monitor3-LINUX
If it is possible how do you do it?

It is possible using a product like Virtual PC but how usable it would
be is questionable.
