multi-media GUI

hi all, i've downloaded a piece of software from the official cony ericsson
website and when i try to run the program i keep getting a message saying
"multi-media download GUI has encountered a problem and needs to close" it
then asks me if i would like to send a report to microsoft. i've tried
uninstalling and re-installing but i keep getting the same thing.any advice
would be greatly appreciated cheers

Did you check with the cony ericsson knowledge base on their website? Even
though you are using a WinXP OS, the problem most definitely lies with their
software, not Microsoft.
