Multi account Email Duplication

Microsoft Mail in vista with multiple mail accounts.

When I set Vista Mail to collect Email from a (catch all) pop3 account
called (e-mail address removed) for example it collects all email to that domain i.e
(e-mail address removed) (e-mail address removed) and so on. .

How can I make Vista mail only collect email for a specific user address.
This is an option that used to work in Outlook Express. This causes problems
with multi users accounts as each account collects all the email causing
duplication.



I have set this up on a number of different versions of Vista with several
different antivirus packages and they all have the same problem.

Thanks for that I had set each account to collect which was causing the
duplication.

A catch-all server account dumps all email for a domain into the
same inbox. You can separate incoming mail into different folders
by using message rules (Tools, Message rules, Mail...).
